Fujitec conducts various activities aiming at ensuring the “Safety and reliability of employees”, which is one of the major topics of our materiality theme, “Pursuing safety and reliability.”

As a part of the said activities, Fujitec held a “Global Safety and Health Promotion Conference” for the field departments of Fujitec Global Companies.

Staff in charge of safety from Fujitec Hong Kong, Huasheng Fujitec, Fujitec Korea, and Fujitec India gathered and toured each Fujitec facility with four (4)-day schedule. They learned about safety through various training lectures.

During the training, the staff observed an artificial labor accident scene created using real machinery, experienced danger through a VR program, and held presentation meetings and discussions on safety activities. Through these scenes, experiences, meetings, and discussions, each staff member raised their awareness of safety and health.

After the conference, the staff returned to their respective companies and will implement what they learned. Fujitec strives to improve safety awareness by combining the efforts of each global company to prevent labor accidents in all Fujitec Global Companies.

Going forward, Fujitec will thoroughly address safety and health and promote one of its significant materiality themes: "safety and reliability of employees."
