Shiga, Japan – Fujitec Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture, Japan; President and CEO Masayoshi Harada) hereby announces Fujitec was certified as a DX-certified operator based on the Digital Transformation (DX) Certification initiative by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (hereinafter, “METI”).

Fujitec first acquired the certification in 2023, and following the renewal examination, Fujitec’s certification has been renewed until February 28, 2027.

The certification was granted primarily in recognition of our DX initiatives satisfying the certification standards of METI as well as our appropriate disclosure of information to stakeholders.

The vision for DX that Fujitec is searching for is the realization of “Digital Twin.” ※1

By realizing a digital twin, we aim to utilize the technology to enhance customer experience by virtually linking the products and services, such as maintenance and repair, relevant employees, and our customers together on the same platform.

Henceforth, toward achievement of mid-term management plan “Move On 5,” Fujitec will realize the enhancement of customer experience transformation and transformation of the corporate and employee experience.
