Complete with a 151 meter elevator tower for research and development, the Huasheng facility produces a standardized-level of elevators that include the over-head machine model ZEXIA, Fujitec’s machine room-less (MRL) the REXIA and the high-speed capacity ELSIA.
Shanghai Huasheng Fujitec is the production base for our escalators. Multiple engineering teams work together to execute Fujitec’s advanced quality control system through close coordination of global operations and escalator R&D and production facilities. This facility is responsible for the production of the GS-8000NX series.
The Incheon Factory is home to Fujitec’s 265 foot elevator research tower and the manufacturing site for specialized and custom-designed elevators. This facility is developing product system monitoring capable of measuring component performance for quality assurance and troubleshooting purposes.
Taiwan is the global base for production and supply of global modernization and after-market support. As transportation systems age, equipment failure will increase in frequency. After substantial expansion in 2016, Taiwan focuses production on components that upgrade older equipment’s functionality to maintain global modernization needs. This facility also supports standardized elevator production for the Taiwanese domestic market.
Completed in 2010 in Mahindra World City, near Chennai, India, Fujitec occupies 420,868 sq./ft. complete with production plant, engineering center, customer interaction division and training facility.
Fujitec America’s state-of-the-art headquarters in Mason, Ohio includes a manufacturing facility along with tactical engineering teams, the North American Modernization Operations (NAMO) and foreign support research specialists. The company’s 200 foot-plus elevator research and test tower in neighboring Lebanon, Ohio will be utilized to define and develop industry-leading vertical transportation solutions for the North American market.
Big Wing is Fujitec’s “Core-base” facility is dedicated to the ongoing development, production and integration of global products and services. These responsibilities include but are not limited to, the communication of system capabilities and programming, solidarity in manufacturing quality, installation methods and procedures and compatibility guidelines. “Big Wing” carefully provides global directives to ensure the proper delivery and application of its innovative products and services.
