Quartier Puerto Retiro District has two buildings that consist of eleven (11) floors and two (2) basement levels. One is a residential building; the other is an office building.

This premises is located near the Buenos Aires port and the Retiro railway station which is one of the three (3) major terminal stations of Buenos Aires.

Fujitec installed a total of eighteen (18) elevators in these buildings. Two main groups, each consisting of eight (8) elevators, operate in the primary areas. An additional elevator serves the parking lot, and another is dedicated to the amenity floor.

The main elevator groups are equipped with Fujitec's EZ-SHUTTLE destination floor guidance system. This system enhances transportation efficiency by directing passengers to their desired floors throughout the building.
