Brillia Tower Dojima is an 11-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and a 6-minute walk from Nishi Umeda Station on the Yotsubashi Line of the Osaka Metro. This tower is a super high-rise complex tower located in the Dojima area, where the largest number of access routes to the terminal stations in the Kansai area, 16 stations on 14 lines, has been established.

The symbolic appearance of the tower, which is designed to resemble the sail of a yacht, is a new landmark in Osaka, which is called the "City of Waterways". The basement B1 to the floor 2 and the floors from 28 to 37 are occupied by the Four Season Hotel, which is entering the hotel business for the first time in Osaka Prefecture, while the basement B1 and the floors from 1 to 27 and from 38 to 49 are private residences, Brillia, with public facilities to satisfy various needs. About 50 works of art created by internationally prominent sculptors are placed in the common area of this tower, realizing such an area as a very sophisticated space.

In this tower, Fujitec installed fifteen (15) elevators and one (1) escalator. In the hotel floors, stones and woods are decorated in the space with a harmonious atmosphere, expressing the harmonious sensibility rooted in Japanese culture, in which red color accents over the soft light from the indirect lighting equipment accentuate the beauty of the space. In the residence floors, the sense of dignified existence as a part of the design realizes a smart and sophisticated movement in daily life.
