Three Garden Road consists of two high-rise office buildings; one with fifty (50) floors and the other with forty (40) floors. It is located in the financial district of Hong Kong.
In these office buildings, forty-four (44) elevators modernized by Fujitec are in operation. The modernization of these elevators was carried out in order to enhance the safety of their operation and improve the functions of these elevators, as the elevators prior to this latest modernization had been in operation for more than twenty-five (25) years after their installation. Sixteen (16) of these elevators have the speed of 480 m/min, which is the fastest speed provided by Fujitec Hong Kong so far.
In addition, ten (10) units of Fujitec escalators are in operation in the said two office buildings.
For the safety and security of its passengers, Fujitec recommends renovating elevators in operation for 20 to 25 years.
