The complex consists of six buildings with ten floors each, eight above ground and two below ground, and is occupied by the world's leading companies such as Emaar Properties, the largest real estate company in the Middle East, and the Middle East headquarters of HSBC.
The complex is served by 36 Fujitec elevators including 150 mpm high-speed models. The car interior is designed with a full-length mirror on the rear panel that reflects the beams of the ceiling lights to create a luxurious atmosphere.
