The Manhattan Place is a high-class office building built in the Kowloon Bay district, one of Hong Kong's biggest commercial areas. In the 41-story office building, Fujitec installed 23 elevators including five super-high-speed models traveling up to 480 meters per minute, and two escalators featuring stylish glass panels.
In the main elevator hall, a white LED lantern located adjacent to the hall button informs passengers of the elevator's arrival. In addition, cab interior walls and floors are finished with marble, which adds a classy feel to the luxuriousness of the building.
