TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER

TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER standing at Kabuki-Cho in Shinjuku district of Tokyo is a building with the multi-complex facilities created under the concept of “the ultimate level of likes.” This tower is aiming for the creation of the city’s future and diversity, provides people with their experience of the Kabuki-Cho’s history and culture, and helps them make their new stories to explore their likes and have their unique life styles.

The appearance of this tower with forty-eight (48) stories and five (5) basements is based on the image of a splashing fountain with the motif of water, because the god of water, “Benzaiten,” is enshrined in Kabuki-cho and also since there was a fountain in Cine City Square before.

In this tower, Fujitec installed seven (7) elevators. In the “HOTEL GROOVESHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel” of this tower, Fujitec elevator cars create a high-quality atmosphere with the down-lights on their suspended ceilings. The elevators provide guests and visitors with their smooth movement in the hotel’s calm space which is completely different from the city with vigorous activities.
