Proceed Arena HIKONE is a public facility in Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture.
This facility supports the promotion of the health and welfare of the citizens.

With the two concepts, "a street where people can casually drop by providing a chance for citizens to exchange" and "a citizen exchange center where sports and culture are combined," the facility contributes to local revitalization by hosting sporting events and serving as a diverse cultural exchange center.

Two (2) Fujitec elevators are installed. The simple, modern design matches the reinforced concrete building and provides comfortable movement for users.
