The "Toho Hibiya Promenade'' building is located in Hibiya, Tokyo, the center of entertainment. Overlooking the Kokyo Gaien National Garden and Hibiya Park. This building consists of office space and a commercial area for the convenience of office workers.
This facility has two (2) basement levels and eleven (11) floors above ground and acquired the "CASBEE Smart Wellness Office Certification," a building environment rating system, emphasizing the health and comfort of office workers.
Fujitec delivered six (6) elevators and six (6) escalators. The elevators with their clean design are equipped with the "Air Tap" non-contact buttons to support comfortable transportation.
