The Ritz - Carlton, Nikko is a luxury hotel located along the Lake Chuzenji in Nikko National Park. This hotel is built with the design concept of “Application of both the Western and Japanese architectural design, and Silence presence of a grand residence within the rich and beautiful natural environment of Oku-Nikko.” The comfortable atmosphere created by high-quality space and natural environment fascinates hotel guests and visitors.

In this hotel there are nine (9) units of Fujitec elevators. On the side walls in the interior of the guest elevators fire-proofed oak and white ash are attached. Regarding the white ash, only the parts with straight-grain surface are used.

Elevator hall lanterns of which the lighting intensity is adjusted to harmonize with the illumination for the hotel interior light up very quietly within the calm atmosphere of the hotel, and inform hotel guests and visitors of the arrival of an elevator with a very gentle sound.
