GINZA SIX is a complex facility which stands along the central street of Ginza 6 chome. It was built by developing the two city blocks; one city block where a Ginza branch of Matsuzakaya Department Store existed and the other city block adjacent to the said premises.
GINZA SIX has 6 floors under the ground and 13 floors above the ground, being composed of multiple facilities such as a commercial facility, an office facility, a cultural exchange facility, etc. including other public functions such as a bus station and a roof garden.
In this building, there are 84-unit Fujitec products; 38 elevators and 46 escalators.
The elevators installed in the commercial facility have a very remarkable design that the head jamb of their elevator entrance is slanted. Also in the office facility, the 120-m/m-speed elevators have a special feature that their passenger capacity is 42 persons. These middle-speed large-capacity elevators transport passengers very smoothly and very swiftly to the high-zone office floors.
