The "Sports Yell Company" is a certification system by the Japan Sports Agency that recognizes corporations actively implementing initiatives to support and promote exercise and sports activities to improve the health of their employees.

Our company has identified "Pursuing safety and reliability" as one of our material issues. As part of our efforts for "Safety and Reliability of employees," which is a key theme of this materiality, we continuously conduct activities to support the physical and mental health of our workforce.

Specifically, the following practices and habits were highly evaluated in achieving this certification

• Implementation of daily company-wide radio calisthenics (Rajio Taiso) every morning.


• Training curriculum for body building and habits to prevent occupational accidents: Implementation of training that combines theory and practice as part of field training. These sessions aim to prevent occupational accidents such as lower back pain, muscle strains, and falls during field operations.


• Awareness activities for lifestyle improvement: Raising employee health consciousness through various activities, such as disseminating health-related information and holding health events organized by the Health Management Promotion Committee (Lifestyle Improvement Subcommittee).

Going forward, we will continue to strive toward building a workplace environment where every employee can work with vitality and peace of mind in good physical and mental health, and where everyone can practice diverse work styles safely and equitably.
