Shimizu actively promotes alliances with companies dedicated to decarbonization within the construction industry, strengthening collaboration with partners committed to reducing environmental impact. As part of this effort, our greenhouse gas reduction activities across the entire value chain—specifically the introduction of low-CO2 steel in our manufacturing processes—were highlighted as a leading progressive example.

We remain committed to contributing to a sustainable society alongside our customers and partners. Beyond reducing our own emissions, we will continue to support the decarbonization of buildings throughout the entire product lifecycle.
