Fujitec has identified the "Pursuing safety and reliability" as one of the key material issues、and under the theme of "Safety and Reliability of employees,” we have been recognized as a "Good Corporation for Healthy Management 2025."
To promote health management, we implement various measures through three subcommittees of the Health Management Promotion Committee: "Childcare, Women, and Diversity," "Lifestyle Improvement," and "Health Management Systems." The "Childcare, Women, and Diversity" subcommittee operates with the goal of embodying our Declaration of Health from these specific perspectives.
As part of these efforts, on December 17, 2025, Fujitec hosted an internal roundtable event titled "Let's join! THE DANKAI II," featuring male employees who have taken childcare leave in the past. This follows the success of the first roundtable held on January 22, 2025, which featured female employees. The second installment aimed to deepen understanding of childcare leave for men across the entire organization.
During the session, four male employees who had previously taken childcare leave shared their candid experiences, including the joys and challenges they faced and how their perspectives on work evolved after returning to their respective departments.
As of March 2025, Fujitec’s childcare leave take-up rate among male employees has reached 38%. The high attendance at this event reflects the strong interest in this topic among our workforce.
Feedback from participants included comments such as, "I realized how crucial support from colleagues is for childcare leave, regardless of gender," and "Management training should also include information regarding paternity leave at the time of a spouse's childbirth."
We will continue to foster a workplace environment that encourages active employee participation, further advancing health management as "All Fujitec."
