Shiga, Japan – Fujitec Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture, Japan; President and CEO: Masayoshi Harada) hereby announces the establishment of the Fujitec Human Rights Policy.

Fujitec is promoting action on six areas of materiality based on its Sustainability Policy. The policy sets forth the belief that by following its Fujitec Global Mission Statement, Fujitec can achieve harmonious coexistence with society and nature and contribute to the creation of sustainable societies.

Measures to “encourage diverse human resources” is one of the six areas of materiality, and Fujitec will “respect basic human rights” as a core theme in this area.

Using the establishment of its Human Rights Policy as an impetus, Fujitec will work to build relationships of deeper trust with all its stakeholders.
